Linen. Bed linen is provided, all beds have pillows and duvets with cover, (this includes towels and tea towels).
Children. A cot and high chair are available upon request when booking. Cot linen is not provided. Number of Occupants.
Care of Accommodation. The tenant agrees to leave the property and surroundings in a clean and tidy condition ready for next occupants with all refuse disposed of in the sacks provided.
Pets. We are happy to accept well behaved pets, however Ghillies Cottage is located in the middle of farming country and we ask that owners don't allow their pets to run freely ouside of the property and that inside they are not allowed on the furniture.
No Smoking. We do not allow smoking
Provisions. A small welcome pack is provided so that you can have a coffee or tea and a snack on arrival.
Duration of Bookings. We are very pleased to offer our accommodation in a clean and comfortable condition for your arrival. In order to do this we request that you leave on your final day befor 10am and that you arrive on your first day after 4 pm.
Electricity and heating is included.
Breakages. Any breakages or damages to equipment or furnishings must be reported to the owners and will be charged for at replacement value.
Deposits. A deposit of £100 is required upon booking. The balance is due without further reminder at least 8 weeks before occupation. In the event of cancellation, deposit and balance are non-returnable. We strongly recommend that you effect your personal cancellation insurance. |
